We’re thrilled to announce that on September 30th, Birling lodged Development Applications (DAs) for Stages 3 to 5, paving the way for 231 new land lots. With strong support from Camden Council, we anticipate approvals in early to mid-2025, bringing new homes to life in one of the nation’s fastest-growing regions.

This milestone follows the success of our first land release, where overwhelming demand has pushed us to move forward with the next release this month—proof that Birling is answering the call in a market facing significant housing shortages. With over 8,000 prospective buyers on our database, the community we’re building together is more popular than ever.
