What a wonderful day at Birling! On Sunday 25 October, future neighbours, local families and builder partners came together for our Walk Your Lot and Play in the Streets event – a celebration of the growing community at Birling.

Despite the warm spring weather, spirits were high as Hazlett Boulevard came alive with street cricket, delicious food, family-friendly activities and plenty of smiling faces.

A special milestone for our Stage 3 families

The day began with a memorable experience for our Stage 3 purchasers, with 38 families visiting their future homesites and proudly placing SOLD stickers on their lots.

For many, it was their first opportunity to stand on the land where their future home will be built, take photos and begin imagining the next chapter of their lives.

These are the moments that make Birling special – watching a new neighbourhood take shape, one family at a time.

Bringing the streets to life

As part of Camden Council’s Active Camden initiative, our Play in the Streets event encouraged families to get outdoors, have fun and connect with their future neighbours.

From street cricket and colourful chalk drawings to pizza, ice cream and plenty of refreshments to beat the heat, there was something for everyone to enjoy.

We were also delighted to welcome Camden Mayor Vince Ferreri, who joined the festivities and spent time chatting with local families, along with representatives from Camden Council.

It was a wonderful reminder that creating a thriving neighbourhood starts with bringing people together and giving them opportunities to connect.

A big thank you to our builder community

We were thrilled to have 17 builder partners join us on the day, sharing their expertise, showcasing home designs and helping future residents explore the possibilities for their new homes.

There were plenty of giveaways, cupcakes and friendly conversations as purchasers connected with the people who could help bring their dream homes to life.

We were also delighted to have COLORBOND® steel and HomeWorld Oran Park involved in the celebrations, adding to the fantastic support from our industry partners.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who contributed their time, energy and enthusiasm.
