Birling Gets a Speed Boost: NBN Brings Lightning-Fast Fibre to South-West Sydney

As the Birling community continues to grow, residents can look forward to enjoying high-speed, reliable internet from day one, thanks to a new partnership between Cameron Brae Group and nbn Co. The development, located in the heart of the South-West Sydney Growth Precinct along The Northern Road, will feature full fibre infrastructure, connecting 2,100 new homes to the nbn® network.
This investment in premium-grade fibre technology ensures that Birling’s residents will have access to the fastest available internet speeds, with a wide range of plans from around 120 internet retailers. Whether streaming movies, gaming, attending virtual meetings, or working from home, multiple users in a household can enjoy a seamless online experience at the same time.
The rollout will involve over 11 kilometres of new fibre throughout the community, which is set to provide a critical boost to both personal and professional life in Birling. Families can work, study, and stay connected with ease, while side hustles and start-ups can thrive without the need to commute into Sydney, Penrith, or Parramatta. nbn’s full fibre technology will support the creation of jobs within Birling and beyond, driving economic growth throughout the region.
The Birling development is also strategically located to cater to employees at the nearby Western Sydney International (Nancy-Bird Walton) Airport, with its first operational flights expected to coincide with Birling’s stage one completion.
