We’re thrilled to congratulate all the successful buyers from our latest Birling land release! Each of the 19 lots in Release 2 has now found a future homeowner, marking another wonderful milestone for our growing community.

We can’t wait to welcome these new residents as Birling takes shape as Southwest Sydney’s newest and most vibrant address, just minutes from the Western Sydney Airport.

With demand still going strong, we know some buyers may be disappointed at missing out this time. Please rest assured that we’re committed to making the process as accessible and inclusive as possible, with more opportunities just around the corner. In fact, we’re excited to announce that Release 3 has been brought forward to the end of November.

This will be the final release in Stage 1—giving buyers a unique chance to secure their place early in a community that’s rapidly gaining attention. Stage 1 lots are anticipated to register in late 2025, offering early buyers the chance to watch their future neighbourhood come to life from the very start.

Our steady release strategy ensures a balanced and reliable supply of lots, supporting both current and future buyers in becoming part of Birling.
