We’re thrilled to announce that our inaugural land release at Birling has been a resounding success! Our community’s response has been nothing short of incredible, with over 7,000 people eagerly following our updates and expressing their enthusiasm for the new land lots.
Since opening our doors in early September, we’ve welcomed over 700 visitors in person, each excited about the prospects of their future homes in our vibrant community. The first release featured 20 lots, ranging from 261 to 599 square metres. We’re proud to share that these lots were snapped up quickly, a testament to the high demand and anticipation surrounding Birling.
