One Year of Birling, One Act of Kindness: Celebrating Growth and Giving Back

On January 31st, 2024, Birling officially launched with the unveiling of our microsite and the installation of fence mesh banners along the Northern Road, guiding potential buyers to discover our vision for this exceptional community.
Now, one year on, we’re proud to reflect on what has been an incredible journey of growth, success, and momentum.
From the very beginning, Birling has captured the attention of buyers across New South Wales. With over 10,000 registrations in our database, four sell-out public land releases, and the title of most-searched development on OpenLot for three consecutive quarters, Birling has exceeded all expectations.

Giving Back to the Community
As we celebrate this milestone, we are committed to giving back to the community that has supported us. We are proud to announce a donation of a toy hamper to the Ronald McDonald Hospitality Cart, a valuable resource that provides comfort and practical support to families with seriously ill children receiving treatment. The Hospitality Cart offers:
- Boredom-busters – Books, crafts, and entertainment for patients and siblings
- Educational resources – Learning materials to help minimise missed milestones
- Practical care items – Toiletries and comfort essentials
- Snacks and beverages – Providing a small moment of relief for families
To keep this valuable service running, donations from the community can be made until the end of February 2025.
