If you’ve spent any time around kids, teenagers, TikTok, or the internet lately, you’ve probably heard the phrase.
“Six… Seven.”
We’re not entirely sure where it came from. We’re not entirely sure what it means.
But today, we’re taking it as a sign.
Because Stages 6 and 7 at Birling have officially received Development Approval.
And for our development team, it couldn’t have been a better surprise to finish the week.
After months of planning, collaboration and countless hours behind the scenes, receiving DA approval for both stages on a Friday feels like a milestone worth celebrating.
It’s another important step forward for a community that continues to gain momentum.
Since launching Birling, we’ve successfully sold and settled our first two stages, welcomed new residents to the community, and continued to see strong demand from families looking to secure their future in South West Sydney.
While headlines may come and go, one thing remains constant: people still need homes.
Families still want space to grow.
First home buyers still want an opportunity to get into the market.
And more people are recognising the enormous potential of Western Sydney, with transformational investment in infrastructure, education, employment and connectivity shaping the future of the region.
That’s why we’re excited to confirm that new land opportunities are on the way.
Our next land release of 17 lots will be released on 10 June 2025, providing another opportunity for buyers who have been eagerly waiting to join the Birling community.
And with Stages 6 and 7 now approved, we’re already preparing additional homesites that will be delivered before the end of the year to help meet ongoing demand.
We’re seeing interest not only from local families but also from buyers across Sydney who understand that Western Sydney’s future is being built right here.
Every approval, every settlement and every new resident adds to the story of Birling.
So while the internet debates “Six Seven”, we’ll be celebrating what it means for us:
Two more approved stages.
More homes for families.
And another exciting step forward for the future of Birling.
Stay tuned for our upcoming land release on 10 June.
The next chapter is just getting started.
