Bright Futures Stay Connected with NBN at Birling

At Birling, we’re building more than homes, we’re building a community ready for the future. That’s why we’re excited to share research that confirms what many of us already know: fast, reliable internet is no longer a luxury, it’s an essential part of modern living.

A recent study found that 73% of buyers believe an nbn full fibre connection is essential for everyday life from streaming, to schoolwork, to staying connected with loved ones. Families in particular value the flexibility it brings, with 4 in 5 working families saying nbn full fibre is essential for working from home.

The good news? Birling has been designed with this future in mind. Every home will have access to nbn full fibre, giving our community the speed and reliability needed to keep pace with busy lives, smart home technology and the digital demands of tomorrow.

It’s not just about convenience, it’s about value too. The research shows that properties with nbn full fibre are seen as higher quality, and many buyers even believe it can increase the long-term value of their home. At Birling, we want every resident to feel confident that their home is not only a great place to live but also a strong investment.

Most importantly, connectivity helps create community. Whether it’s a video call with grandparents overseas, children learning online, or streaming favourite shows from around the world, the ability to connect seamlessly strengthens the bonds between us.

At Birling, we’re proud to be part of this exciting step forward, ensuring that every family has the tools they need to thrive in a modern, connected world.

Birling: South West Sydney’s home of bright futures, built for modern living.

Discovering Cultural Depth on Birling’s Doorstep: Our Visit to the BAPS Hindu Mandir and Cultural Precinct

At Cameron Brae Group, we believe that great communities thrive when lifestyle, opportunity, and cultural experiences come together. Alongside the transformative impact of Western Sydney International Airport and Bradfield City, it is equally important to celebrate the cultural richness that is shaping the future of this region.

Our team recently visited the newly inaugurated BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir and Cultural Precinct at Kemps Creek which opened to the public in March 2025. Spread across 25 acres, the precinct features traditional Indian architecture, Australia’s tallest metal statue, a meditation garden with native Australian plants, and a cultural centre designed as “a site for sharing, learning and understanding for people from all backgrounds.”

This is more than a place of worship; it is a destination that brings people together. Just like Birling, the BAPS cultural precinct is a celebration of inclusivity, diversity, and connection.

A Place for All

During our visit, we were struck by the sense of welcome and the scale of the vision. With its blend of artistry, spirituality, and open space, the precinct adds to the growing list of world-class amenities that make Western Sydney such an exciting place to live.

One detail that stood out to our team was the statue of an 11-year-old boy  (Bhagwan Swaminarayan), captured standing on one leg. This reflects a real moment from history, when he meditated in the freezing mountains of Nepal for almost three months without moving. It’s a striking reminder of resilience, discipline, and vision, qualities that continue to shape the communities of Western Sydney today.

Here’s what our team had to say:

“The BAPS precinct is not just a cultural icon, but also a reminder that our region is about so much more than infrastructure. It is about people, diversity, and creating places that enrich everyday life.”
Sarah Neilsen, Placemaking Lead, Cameron Brae Group

“For us in marketing, it highlights a powerful message. When you choose to live in Birling, you are connected to world-class cultural, recreational, and lifestyle experiences right at your doorstep.”
Erin Austin, Senior Marketing Manager, Cameron Brae Group

“From an assets perspective, cultural destinations like this strengthen Western Sydney’s identity as a hub of activity and attract more people to the area. They complement the region’s retail, commercial, and community offerings, showing the depth of amenity beyond shopping and services.”
Kate Strickland, Head of Assets, Cameron Brae Group

Celebrating a Region of Growth and Diversity

The formal inauguration of the BAPS cultural centre was held on March 5 2025 with a grand prayer ceremony, followed by the consecration of the Tapomurti statue on March 6. Together, these events marked the completion of Phase 1 of the project, with Phase 2, the construction of a traditional stone temple now underway.

With developments like this, Western Sydney is not only gaining infrastructure and housing but also cultural landmarks that enrich the fabric of the community.

At Birling, we are proud to be part of this evolving story which blends opportunity, diversity, and a bright future.

Exciting News for First Home Buyers: Major Changes to the Home Guarantee Scheme Starting 1 October 2025

At Birling, we’re thrilled to share some game-changing news for first home buyers in New South Wales. Starting 1 October 2025, the Australian Government is expanding the Home Guarantee Scheme, offering unlimited places, higher property price caps (from $800K to now $1.5mil), and no income limits.

What Does This Mean for You?

Unlimited Places: All eligible first home buyers can now access the Scheme, regardless of when you apply.

Higher Property Price Caps: Increased caps mean more homes are within reach, even in high-demand areas.

No Income Caps: Higher earners can now benefit from the Scheme, making homeownership more accessible.

Simplified Access in Regional Areas: The Regional First Home Buyer Guarantee is now integrated into the First Home Guarantee, streamlining the process.

5% Deposit Scheme: Now Available to All First Home Buyers

The Albanese Labor Government is helping more Australians realise their dream of home ownership sooner by launching 5% deposits for all first home buyers early on 1 October 2025, instead of next year. Through the expanded 5% deposit scheme, the Government will guarantee a portion of a first home buyer’s home loan, so they can purchase with a lower deposit and not pay Lenders Mortgage Insurance.
