Building Our Solar Future Together

Customers are leading the way with customer-generated solar energy. By 2040, half of Endeavour Energy’s customers are forecast to have solar panels connected to the grid.

Endeavour Energy is working to make the network smarter, allowing new and existing solar customers to export more of their excess solar energy. As technology evolves, new opportunities for homeowners to maximize their solar potential will continue to emerge—supporting a more energy-efficient future. Exploring Future Sustainable Initiatives

As we plan for the future of Birling, we are exploring a range of potential sustainability initiatives that could enhance energy efficiency and support residents in making environmentally conscious choices. These may include options such as shared energy solutions, smart grid integration, and electric vehicle charging infrastructure.

We are also looking at ways to align with broader sustainability programs, including resources provided by Camden Council, and potential collaborations with industry partners who are focused on renewable energy solutions.

While we are committed to investigating sustainable outcomes, these initiatives are still in the early stages of consideration and will be subject to feasibility, partnerships, and future funding.

A Community Designed for the Future

With sustainability playing an increasing role in new home design, we expect that many builders in South-West Sydney will continue to offer energy-efficient solutions as part of their home packages. Features such as solar power, battery storage, and energy-smart appliances are becoming more common, providing future homeowners with the opportunity to integrate sustainability into their new builds.

At Birling, we will continue to explore ways to support sustainable living and energy-efficient outcomes for future residents.

Stay tuned as we share more updates on how Birling is planning for a smarter, greener future.

At the Heart of Western Sydney’s Transformation

This morning, the Birling team attended the Property Council’s Western Sydney Outlook Breakfast, and we left feeling more optimistic than ever about the evolution of our region. Western Sydney is on the cusp of transformation, and Birling, in the heart of Bringelly, will soon shift from being in the middle of nowhere to being the middle of everywhere.

A Future of Connectivity and Opportunity

Hearing from leaders like Prue Carr and Simon Hickey reinforced the immense opportunity ahead. The infrastructure investment enabling Bradfield City, the Western Sydney International Airport nearing completion, and the smart urban development unfolding around us all signal that remarkable change is happening right now. Western Sydney is no longer a future promise—it’s a present reality.

Prue Carr highlighted a crucial shift in focus. While major projects remain vital, it’s the small, everyday things that make the biggest difference in people’s lives. From early delivery of essential services to education as the greatest enabler, there is a growing emphasis on ensuring communities thrive—not just grow. It’s a sentiment we wholeheartedly embrace at Birling.

Western Sydney International Airport: A Game Changer

Simon Hickey’s insights into Western Sydney International Airport and the surrounding business precincts painted a compelling picture. This region is fast becoming the nation’s most significant international gateway, connecting Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane in a ‘golden triangle’ of opportunity. With a world-class cargo precinct, a 200-hectare business hub, and long-term connectivity unlocking future capability, Western Sydney is poised to redefine what’s possible.

Building a Community, Not Just a Development

At Birling, we understand that great communities aren’t just built—they are nurtured. That’s why last night, we hosted our first focus group to begin shaping the soft infrastructure that will support our future residents. This wasn’t just about roads and buildings but about the services, programs, and community initiatives that will make a tangible difference in people’s lives. Growth isn’t just about scale; it’s about creating places where people truly belong.

The Bright Future of Western Sydney

Western Sydney has always been a place where people from everywhere come to build a better future. With every new connection, every new home, and every new opportunity, that future is becoming brighter. At Birling, we’re not just watching this transformation—we’re part of it.

Stay tuned as we continue to shape the future of Birling and be part of Western Sydney’s remarkable journey

One Year of Birling, One Act of Kindness: Celebrating Growth and Giving Back

On January 31st, 2024, Birling officially launched with the unveiling of our microsite and the installation of fence mesh banners along the Northern Road, guiding potential buyers to discover our vision for this exceptional community.

Now, one year on, we’re proud to reflect on what has been an incredible journey of growth, success, and momentum.

From the very beginning, Birling has captured the attention of buyers across New South Wales. Our development has not only stood out in the competitive South West Sydney market but has also made a mark statewide. With over 10,000 registrations in our database, four sell-out public land releases, and the title of most-searched development on OpenLot for three consecutive quarters, Birling has exceeded all expectations.

Our branding has been instrumental in establishing Birling as a highly desirable community, resonating with a broad audience seeking opportunity and security. However, what truly sets Birling apart is its unparalleled location—positioned at the heart of Sydney’s most dynamic growth corridor, adjacent to the transformative Western Sydney International Airport (WSI) and the visionary Bradfield City. The promise of prosperity, seamless connectivity, and world-class infrastructure makes Birling a future-focused investment unlike any other.
