Ross Clark, Director of Trees Impact, and Daniel Ewings from Alpine Nurseries guided us through the intricate process of growing trees fit for a masterplanned community. Their deep knowledge and passion for horticulture were undeniable—so much so that our Marketing Manager even joked that their use of scientific names sounded like something out of a Harry Potter spellbook!

Since its inception, the company has been guided by the leadership and passion of David Cameron Hazlett, who, through collaboration and innovation, has shaped communities across New South Wales.

David’s journey began in the early 1990s when he developed a set of units in Campbelltown. The Village Green project in Ulladulla was Cameron Brae’s first major venture in the area, comprising 144 lots delivered over seven stages. Narrawallee was another landmark project, involving a rezoning process that spanned five years and tested the limits of determination. Ultimately, the approval paved the way for a new community that blends seamlessly with the region’s natural beauty.
